Xpactio creates invoices, quotes, purchase orders and credit notes from Attio records and shows you when the customer pays.
Invoices
Someone on your team copies the customer, address, line items and tax from Attio into Xero by hand. With Xpactio they open the deal and press “Create Xero Invoice”. Xpactio reads the fields you mapped once, creates the invoice in Xero and writes its number and status back to the deal.
Workflows
Every Xpactio action is also a block in Attio workflows. Build the rule once and nobody has to remember to bill. No Zapier or Make in between, so nothing breaks when someone renames a field in a third tool.
Payments
Xpactio copies your Xero invoices into an Invoices object in Attio with status, amount paid and amount due. Put your deal ID in the Xero invoice reference, and each invoice links to its deal.
Everything the app does today. Items marked Pro need the paid plan.
